About me
Cynthia Krutsinger holds a BA and MA in History from the University of Colorado. She has been with the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) for 19 years serving in both faculty and administrative roles. She has extensive experience teaching at both two- and four-year institutions, online and in the classroom, and has won numerous teaching awards for her work. During her career, Cynthia has served as a Department Chair overseeing online education, a Subject Matter Expert, an advocate for Open Education Resources, and much more. She currently serves as the Executive Dean of Online Learning at Pikes Peak State College, is both a certified Master Reviewer and Peer Reviewer for Quality MattersÔ, serves as a tri-chair of the Colorado Learning Design Community of Practice, is on the LMS Change Advisory Board for CCCS, the Secretary of the Instructional Technology Council, the chair-elect of the ITC for the 2026 -2027 fiscal year, serves on the Board of the Education ReEnvisioned BOCES on behalf of PPSC and is the chair of the ITC’s AI Affinity and Emerging Technologies Committee.
